I had a brainstorm, that, if I could shift people's mindset away from feeling the need to see a therapist face to face, to following a guided process online, it would change their thinking by taking ownership of their wellbeing and feeling empowered!
Instantly it became crystal clear to me that I needed to create a methodology that was robust enough to treat 90% of conditions and eliminating my time from the equation altogether.
